Contact

Talk to us.

Email reaches a person. Pick whichever line fits and we will route it if you guess wrong.

Please do not email us health information

Ordinary email is not a secure channel, and we do not want your medical details arriving in one. If your question needs specifics, say so and we will move to something appropriate.

Ask us never to call your practice

If your practice does not want to receive calls from an AI assistant, tell us and we will stop. Email clinics@receivepin.com with your practice name and the phone number or numbers to flag.

We honour it unconditionally, and the flag is permanent by design — there is no API that can unset it and no setting that overrides it. Reversing one is a deliberate manual process, and we will only do it at the practice’s own request.

You do not need to explain why, and it does not affect anything else.

On a call right now?

If an assistant has just read you a code, you want receivepin.com — not this page. Enter the code there.
