Pricing
Receiving stays free. Automation is the paid product.
Any clinic can receive a patient packet through ReceivePIN at no cost. The clerk opens a browser, enters a one-time code, completes the confirmation step, and views the packet. There is no account, installation, contract, or EHR integration required.
When a person typing the code and copying information into the EHR becomes the bottleneck, the practice can license ReceivePIN Clinic to automate that work.
Why clinics receive for free
Charging a clinic to accept complete, structured information would work against the purpose of ReceivePIN.
It would also turn a thirty-second request during a live call into a purchasing decision. Purchasing decisions do not happen at the front desk in the middle of a patient call.
That is why basic receiving will remain free, whether or not the practice ever purchases another ReceivePIN product.
For patients
Early access
Free during the pilot
Early-access patients can use ReceivePIN to:
- Search multiple clinics for an appointment
- Create a reusable intake packet
- Have the scheduling agent call on their behalf
- Deliver their information securely after the clinic is verified
- Track call progress and appointment results
We are setting long-term patient pricing with the first group of users rather than publishing a number before we understand how people use the service.
For clinics
Receive patient packets
Free, permanently
Receive a patient packet through a secure browser session while the scheduling call is in progress.
- No clinic account.
- No software installation.
- No contract.
- No EHR connection.
- No payment information.
The clerk enters the code provided by the caller, reads back the confirmation code shown on the page, and then views the patient’s packet.
ReceivePIN Clinic
Paid clinic automation
The free receive page works well for occasional packets. At higher volume, having someone enter a code and copy fields into the EHR becomes slow and repetitive.
ReceivePIN Clinic automates that work.
Agent-to-agent receiving
The clinic can run its own receiving agent. The patient agent and clinic agent complete the same verification process over the existing phone call, without requiring someone at the front desk to type the code.
The security handshake remains in place. It is simply completed between the two authorized systems.
EHR and imaging integration
ReceivePIN Clinic can also deliver information into the systems the practice already uses.
Integration options may include:
- SMART on FHIR applications
- EHR APIs
- Referral workflows
- Document and image delivery
- Imaging-system connections
- Practice-specific automation
Integration work is scoped and priced based on the clinic’s systems and workflow.
Both clinic automation and integration are optional. A practice that never licenses ReceivePIN Clinic can continue receiving packets through the free browser workflow.
Included at every level
These protections are part of ReceivePIN itself, not premium features:
- Encryption for every patient packet
- Separate encryption keys for each packet
- A tamper-evident record of access and disclosure
- AI disclosure on every call
- Patient authorization before information is released
- Permanent honoring of a clinic’s request not to receive AI calls
- No release of patient information until the confirmation step succeeds
Safety and privacy are not upsells. They apply to every packet.
Pricing questions
Does it cost a clinic anything to receive a packet?
No. A clinic can use the browser-based receive workflow without paying, creating an account, installing software, or signing a contract.
Why is receiving free?
The free receive page makes it easier for clinics to accept accurate patient information during a live scheduling call. Charging for that basic interaction would slow adoption and create a purchasing decision for front-desk staff.
What can clinics pay for?
Clinics can license ReceivePIN Clinic to automate the receive process, reduce manual data entry, and connect ReceivePIN to their EHR, referral, document, or imaging workflows.
Does a clinic have to purchase ReceivePIN Clinic to keep receiving packets?
No. The free browser-based receiving workflow remains available whether or not the clinic purchases automation or integration services.
Do clinics need to replace their EHR?
No. ReceivePIN Clinic is designed to work alongside existing systems. Integration options depend on the capabilities of the clinic’s current EHR and other software.
