For patients

Stop calling. Stop filling in the same form.

Getting seen should not require an afternoon of phone calls and a clipboard in a waiting room. You give us the details once, and the assistant does the rest.

What you give us, once

Everything lives in your console, under your control. You choose what goes into a packet before any call is placed, and you can change or delete it at any time.

What happens on the call

The assistant dials, waits through the hold queue, and works with whoever answers.

It says it is an AI in the first sentence. Every call, before anything else. We do not offer a mode that hides it — it is a legal requirement in a growing number of places, and it is also simply how the call earns cooperation from the person answering.

It confirms it has reached the right practice before it mentions you. Your name paired with a clinic’s specialty is itself sensitive, and phone numbers in medical directories go stale. If the practice does not confirm, the call ends having disclosed nothing.

If the clinic needs to hear from you directly — to confirm a date of birth, or approve a change — the assistant can call you and bridge you in for that moment, then carry on with the logistics after you hang up.

What the clinic sees, and when

Nothing, until two things have happened: a staff member has typed the one-time code, and they have read the resulting confirmation number back over the phone. Only then does your packet render.

Their access expires within minutes. Every view and download is recorded. If something looks wrong, the session can be revoked while it is still open. The full security model is here.

What we never do

  • Claim to be you. The assistant introduces itself as an assistant calling on your behalf, never as the patient.
  • Call a practice that has asked not to be called by an AI. That flag is permanent — there is no override, and no way to unset it.
  • Release your packet before the read-back is verified.
  • Sell your data, or run advertising trackers on it.

Getting started

Ready when you are.

Build your packet once and let the assistant take the phone from there.
