Terms of service
Last updated 2026-07-19.
Draft pending legal review. These terms describe the intended agreement and have not yet been finalised by counsel. They will be replaced before general availability.
What the service does
ReceivePIN acts on your instructions to contact healthcare providers, arrange appointments, and deliver an intake packet you have assembled and consented to share.
What it is not
ReceivePIN does not provide medical advice. Where the product helps you identify a type of specialist, that is navigation, not diagnosis. It does not tell you what is wrong with you and it is not a substitute for a clinician’s judgement.
It is not for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number. The assistant cannot triage urgency and does not monitor for it.
We do not guarantee that an appointment will be available, that a clinic will accept a call, or that a practice will accept an intake packet. Clinics are free to decline any of it.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information. The packet is delivered as you built it, and a wrong date of birth or member ID becomes the clinic’s problem too.
- Only submit information you have the right to share — your own, or that of someone you are authorised to act for.
- Keep your account credentials to yourself.
- Do not use the service to harass a practice or to place calls to a number that has asked not to be called.
Our responsibilities
- Disclose that the caller is an AI, on every call.
- Never release a packet without a verified read-back.
- Honour a practice’s request never to be called, permanently. See the opt-out.
- Tell you plainly when a call did not achieve what you asked.
Accounts and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse practices or to attack the service, and will say why when we do.
Availability and liability
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We will give notice of material changes to these terms before they take effect.
